PHOTO ME PAINTERLY: JOANNA KUSTRA

This self taught photographer from Poland has impeccable instinct in to harness the power-combos of of luminosity, pose, posture and positioning necessary to create these alluring portraits.  Each of  the photo presented in her  "Painting" collection  exudes a certain aloofness of  larger-than-life-personas exemplary  in the paintings of the Old Masters.

The Joanna Kustra

go and stalk her here
if the subject of art
will be a broken jug
a small broken soul
with a great self-pity

what will remain of us
will be like tears of lovers
in a small dirty hotel
when wallpapers dawn
